Arp, Jean

The German-French artist Jean Arp (1886-1966) participated in establishing the Dada movement in Zurich in 1916, as an anti-aesthetic movement, critical of the establishment. Arp worked in a variety of mediums and techniques; sculpture, painting, graphics, reliefs.
