Kaya Kotarski

Kaya Kotarski is a violinist and is currently a student at the Norwegian Academy of Music, studying in the solo/chamber master’s programme under Kolbjørn Holthe.

In the summer of 2024, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance at the Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw, Poland.

Kaya began playing the violin at the age of seven and has known ever since that she wanted to become a professional musician. During her studies, she was a laureate of several music competitions.

In the future, she hopes to become a member of a permanent string quartet or a chamber orchestra. She enjoys making music with others and sharing it with audiences as part of an ensemble.
